Samsung Galaxy S2 release in UK on May 1st

Samsung has officially announced that its Dual-core Android 2.3 Gingerbread powered Samsung Galaxy S IISmartphone will be released in the UK on May 1st. According to Samsung it will be available on all major UK networks on contract, as well as SIM-free from British retailers.
Previously Samsung Galaxy S2 was scheduled to release in last month, but was pushed back to 6 May. The good news is that Samsung have upgraded Galaxy S II by 1GHz processor to 1.2GHz dual-core processor. We can say that it will be a turbo powered Smartphone and according to Samsung, Galaxy S2 is for anyone wanting a superior Smartphone experience.
This handset is expected to directly compete with the other Android handsets that were announced in MWC 2011, including LG Optimus 2XOptimus 3D and the Motorola ATRIX. If you are thinking that why is that so, then check out its specs below.
