Sony Ericsson unveils two Xperia smartphones

NEW DELHI: Sony Ericsson has unveiled two new smartphone models, Xperia Mini and Xperia Mini Pro, to widen its offering. The smartphones are follow-up models to Xperia X10 Mini and Xperia X10 Mini Pro launched last year.

Both handsets feature a 3-inch touch display, 5-megapixel camera, and 1GHz Snapdragon processor. The primary difference between the two smartphones is that while Mini Pro has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, Mini has a touchscreen only. Plus, Mini Pro also has a front-facing VGA camera and some business-minded apps like Office Suite and McAfee Antivirus. Xperia Mini Pro, measures 3.6" x 2.1" x 0.7" (when closed) and weighs 137 gm.
