Don't wait for ipad 2 more,more...

Apple Inc.has apparently caught up to the huge order backlog it faced earlier this year on the iPad 2.

Online buyers from April to early this month were faced with waiting times of one or two weeks, down from four to five week waits in mid-March.
On July 8 the waiting times were cut to three to five days and now they are down to between one and three days.
Shortages of components were reported in Asia following the earthquake and tsunami in Japan earlier this year and a key factory was shut down for a time in China following an explosion.
Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook said during the company's (Nasdaq: AAPL) second quarter earnings call, "We sold every iPad 2 we made during the quarter ... I wish we could have produced more iPad 2s because there were certainly a lot of people waiting for them."
So the fact that Apple has cleared up what had been referred to as "the mother of all backlogs" is seen as another sign that the company will have a very large number of iPad sales to report when it posts earnings Tuesday.
Apple has an 1,800-employee campus in Elk Grove.
