  • Load Cydia and install OpenSSH and AFC2 ( greenpois0n adds AFC2 by default )
  • Launch the PhoneDisk and make sure to enable root and connect to root.
  • Launch iFacePad.app
  • Reboot iPad
  • Make a call !

With the help of this method you can enable FaceTime on iPad automatically without any hassle. But in case it doesn’t launch, don’t panic. Check the permissions are set correctly for:

/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/IMcore.framework/IMAgent.app is set 755.

Note: This method is only for Mac and given the fact that iPad does not have a camera. The person on the other end won’t be able to see you.
